Yesterday was my birthday and in the midst of playing board games with awesome friends (this is what I decided a birthday party should look like,) I opened a few presents from my husband. First though, let me give you a little background.
In April my husband Joseph and I along with two of our closest friends, Maria and AP, are heading to Anaheim California for the Star Wars Celebration convention. I had planned to take two costumes, Barriss Offee and Hera from Star Wars Rebels. However, I hadn’t gotten much progress with either.
Until yesterday! You see, having the husband I have, he gets me costume pieces and it is SOOOO helpful when you have a deadline. (Yes I’m the girl who would rather have 3D printed blaster props and a spandex suit rather than jewelry and flowers.)
So here is my costume update!
